Social Media Management for Swiss Consumer Goods Startup

Creating a consistent appearance on Social Media for the Startup while aligned with their goals and based on data.

What did we do?

This project showcases our work in building a consistent and effective social media presence for Steasy, a Swiss startup offering portable mini-steamers for meals on the go. While Steasy had previously relied on paid ads, they lacked a steady organic presence to build awareness and trust with their audience.

We began with a full analysis of Steasy’s online presence and identified key content pillars to guide the strategy. From there, we developed a content plan designed to:

  • Reach a larger target audience
  • Humanize the brand beyond product promotion
  • Increase engagement with relevant, audience-focused content

Establishing a consistent strategy

We combined insights from social listening with a structured content calendar, producing relatable posts 3–4 times per week. The focus was on Instagram carousels and Reels, adapted for Pinterest pins, ensuring consistency across platforms while staying true to Steasy’s brand voice.

In addition, we delivered clear reporting and performance tracking, which allowed the team to continuously adjust the approach based on data.

Execution in practice

  • Produced Instagram and Pinterest content tailored to Steasy’s audience
  • Built a content calendar for consistent posting
  • Created engaging carousels, Reels, and pins around lifestyle, myths, and product comparisons
  • Tracked performance and provided actionable recommendations to optimize results

The results

Within just eight weeks, Steasy saw significant growth in organic performance:

  • +53% organic reach on Instagram
  • +103% organic impressions
  • +152% impressions through followers
  • +33% engagements and +50% outbound clicks on Pinterest

Beyond numbers, the project helped establish a recognizable and trustworthy brand presence, while making day-to-day content management easier for the client.
